Westlaw New Zealand Tip - What results are included in the Overview page?

Overview is the default display of your search results on Westlaw new Zealand. Overview may include results that are not part of your subscription, but accessible through a Pay Per View option.

Type in your search enquiry in the global search bar, e.g., frustration /s contract

Clicking on View all allows you to view the entire result list for each content type which includes Cases, Key Numbers, Legislation, Secondary Sources, Forms & Precedents and Practical Law.

Results that are not in your plan are displayed as ‘out of plan’.
- The Pricing Guide is available on the bottom of the homepage or within the Out of Plan pop-up box.
- There is an option to link the document charge to a Client ID
- Clicking on ‘View Document' will prompt a charge to be billed to your account.
